Jinzhou Jingfu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a solely Taiwan-owned enterprise (an enterprise focusing on production not trading) which was founded in March 1999. We are near to the Yangtze river transportation and 318 national highway, therefore enjoying an easy access to transportation. Besides, we have a workshop of 56,000 square meters and there are more than 400 employees, including 110 supervisors, 35 technican and 27 QC. We specialized in auto spare parts on development 、manufacturing 、 sale and service. In 2016, our annual sales volume amounted to 180 million Yuan and our monthly production capacity totaled 700,000 sets. According to our actual production facilities and human resource, we are able to turn out 1 million sets every month. Therefore, there is another 30% sapce for increasing productivity.  

Our products are divided into three categories: Japanese vehicles, Korean vehicles and European & American vehicles which include 15 types over 6000 items totally, such as ball joint,tie rod end,side rod assy,idler arm,pitman arm, control arm and so on. For Aftermarket,we Supply to more than 50 countries in North America, Middle South  America,   Europe , Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc, mainly in the US and we are the main supplier for the AAP customers of the previous three American chain supermarkets; Besides,we also supply for OE market,such as North Benz, Holden, and Hubei Tri-ring. In August 2015, our company officially started to supply related products to Hubei Tri-romg. Now we supply 1,000 pcs of Cross rod every month to famous Chinese auto factories, such as Sanyi Heavy Industry, Liuzhou Automobile, Ford and other vehicle types. Moreover, we are still developing new products and experiencing the stage of continuous, steady development. 

In 2008, Jingfu obtained the TS16949 quality management system certification. To ensure a stable product quality, we have been strictly implementing this system since then. In February 2017, our company obtained the ISO14001 environment management system certification, which had been strictly implemented in order to make sure our product processes are in compliance with the national environmental requirement.  

Our main production and test equipment and processes are imported from Taiwan. So far our main equipment includes CNC Numerical-Controlled Facility, Machining centre, Multifunctional (Drilling,Milling,Tapping) Combination Machines, Automatic Multihole Drilling Machine, High Frequency Heat Treatment Equipment, High&Low Temperature Fatigue Test Platform, Ball Joint Performance Test Platform, Control Arm Products Lifetime Test Platform, Computer-controlled Fluorescent Toner Detector, Salt Spray Test Machine, Programmable High&Low Temperature Ozone Aging Test Machine, Three-coordinates Measuring Machine,Contourgraph Measuring Machine, etc. In order to make sure each production process and the product quality can be put into effective control. Additionally, from June 2016, we increased some automatic machancial equipments,such as Plover posture machancial arm, Four-station drilling, tapping machine, and welding manipulator. In the coming two years, we shall invest 20 million Yuan for more on equipment and new workshop construction. Our engineering construction project for the new workshop started in March 2017 and is expected to put into use in the second half of 2018. The new workshop is mainly applied to the production line of forging blank and the production line for products of main engine factories. Furthermore, our company keeps researching new projects and has won many technical patents of the same industry. So far we have been rated as high-tech enterprise of Hubei Province. In September 2014, we set up the Morden ERP management system to make sure the inventory data in the warehouse are absolutely accurate in order to promise the on-time delivery time.
