
Jinzhou Jingfu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a wholly Taiwanese-owned enterprise (a manufacturing company, not a trader). The company was founded in March 1999 and is located adjacent to the Yangtze River shipping route and National Highway 318, enjoying convenient transportation access. The company’s factory covers an area of 56,000 square meters and employs over 400 people, including 110 junior-level managers, 25 technical personnel, and 25 quality control staff. Our company primarily engages in the manufacture of automotive tie rod ends, as well as the development, production, sales, and service of automotive parts. In 2016, our annual sales reached 180 million yuan, with a monthly production capacity of 700,000 sets. In reality, our production equipment and human resources can support a monthly output of up to 1 million sets, leaving a 30% capacity gap yet to be filled.
Our company’s products are divided into three major vehicle series: Japanese cars, Korean cars, and European and American cars, covering nearly ten different product categories such as inner ball joints, outer ball joints, tie rod assemblies, stabilizer links, steering rocker arms, control arms, and more. Currently, our key OEM customers include Northern Mercedes-Benz, Australian Holden, and Hubei Sanhuan. Among these, Hubei Sanhuan officially began receiving supplies from our company in August 2015. At present, our monthly supply volume for tie rod assemblies is around 1,000 units, primarily serving well-known domestic automakers such as Sany Heavy Industry, Liuzhou Automobile, and Ford. Moreover, we are continuously developing new products and remain in a phase of steady, ongoing cooperation. In the aftermarket, our primary focus is the U.S. market, where we are a major supplier to AAP, one of the top three supermarket chains in the U.S.
In 2008, the company obtained TS16949 quality management system certification and has since strictly adhered to the system’s requirements, ensuring consistent product quality. In February 2017, the company also obtained ISO14001 environmental management system certification and continues to comply rigorously with the system’s guidelines, ensuring that its production processes meet national environmental protection standards.
Our company primarily imports its production and testing equipment and processes from Taiwan. Currently, our main equipment includes CNC lathes, machining centers, multi-functional combination machine tools for drilling, tapping, and milling, automatic multi-hole drilling machines, high-frequency metal heat treatment equipment, steering tie rod ball joint fatigue durability test benches, steering tie rod ball joint performance test benches, control arm test platforms, microcomputer-controlled fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detectors, salt spray testers, programmable high- and low-temperature ozone aging testers, three-coordinate measuring machines, contour shape measuring instruments, and more—ensuring that product quality is effectively controlled at every stage of the manufacturing process. In addition, starting from June 2016, we have gradually introduced a variety of automated machinery and equipment, such as gantry-type robotic arms, four-station round-bar drilling and tapping machines, and welding robots. Over the next two years, the company plans to invest 20 million yuan in automation equipment and the construction of a new factory building. Construction of the new factory building commenced in March 2017, and it will primarily be used for forging billet production lines and product assembly lines for major OEMs. Moreover, our company continuously develops new projects and has obtained numerous industry technology patents, earning us the designation of a High-Tech Enterprise in Hubei Province. In September 2014, we officially adopted an advanced ERP management system to ensure precise and accurate warehouse inventory data, thereby guaranteeing timely shipment of customer orders.
