Process the rounded surface to ensure the accuracy of the spherical end face, keeping the tolerance within 2 microns (0.02 mm). The surface roughness shall reach Ra = 0.08 mm.

Heat treatment
Currently, we are equipped with three high-frequency metal heat treatment units and one tempering furnace. Previously, some products were outsourced for processing, but due to insufficient or uneven hardness, it was impossible to ensure quality. Now, we have switched to mesh-belt furnace-type heat treatment equipment, enabling us to achieve a metallographic rating of Grade 5 for our products, and a Grade 4 rating for our main products.
Ultrasonic cleaner
All outgoing and incoming products are processed using an integrated cleaning, drying, and oil-immersion mode, which enhances surface cleanliness and provides anti-rust protection.
