We handle all production processes in-house, including mold making, machining, welding, and assembly—from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished products. All production and inspection procedures are strictly conducted in accordance with the requirements of the TS16949 quality management system, ensuring that our products are accurate and error-free, with high-quality standards and competitive pricing.

Since August 2016, Jingfu Company has gradually introduced a number of automated equipment, including welding robots, gantry robotic arms, and four-station round-bar drilling and tapping machines. Looking ahead, key processing procedures and packaging lines that are expected to be put into operation soon include: a semi-automatic press-fitting and packaging production line, automated ball-pin processing equipment, automated ball-joint processing equipment, a涡流 semi-automatic flaw detector, and a disc-type ball-joint quenching machine. Jingfu Company will move toward a modernized production and management model, leveraging advanced automation equipment to boost production capacity and enhance the stability of product quality.
